Insurance Companies agree to pay 100K in policy limits to accident victim in Portage County Court of Common Pleas. The accident victim, represented by Attorney Joseph, sustained a disc herniation requiring surgical repair from an auto accident that occurred on June 20, 2013 on State Route 14 in the Township of Edinburg, Ohio.
Trumbull County resident obtained 90K settlement negotiated by Attorney Joseph at mediation for back injuries sustained in rear end collision.
Attorney Joseph recently negotiated a settlement in the amount of 175K for client’s personal injury claim pending in Portage County Court of Common Pleas. Plaintiff was injured on Nov. 9, 2012 when a tractor trailer crossed left of center and struck the plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff’s injuries included a closed head injury, cornea laceration, neck and back injuries and post-traumatic stress syndrome.
On February 9, 2016 a Lorain County jury awarded clients of Joseph T. Joseph a total of $57,650. State Farm Insurance Company’s attorney suggested that the jury award them $2,000.
