80K Settlement A Lorain County resident was injured in a motor vehicle accident on November 08, 2007, when another motorist failed to pay attention to oncoming traffic and pulled out in front of her vehicle. The victims injuries from the collision included a scalp laceration requiring mupltple sutures, a fractured patella, multiple bruises as well as back and neck injuries.The insurance company questioned both the liability of their driver, and the relationship and extent of some of the injuries claimed.   Due to the insurance carrier's position, a lawsuit was filed by Attorney Bocciarelli of the Law Offices of Joseph T. Joseph.  Mr. Bocciarelli was successful in obtaining an $80,000.00 settlement in favor of his injured client.
