91.5K Settlement Attorney Joseph recently finalized a gross settlement recovery for the Estate of an injured Cuyahoga client involved in an accident in 2007 while being transferred by an ambulance service and on his was to dialysis treatment.  The injured client sustained several injuries including a fractured rib and scalp laceration, chest and leg contusions and fibula fracture.  The victim was hospitilized for 15 days and then returned to a nursing home.  The victim subsequently passed away in 2009 due to other health issues unrelated to the accident.  Recently, the probate court of Cuyahoga County approved a settlement for victim's estate for the total sum of $91,500.00.
